Carrie Rezabek is the creator and CEO of Pure Barre. Carrie grew up dancing, performing and choreographing events all over the U.S. She has extensive training in dance, pilates, and fitness as well as the Lotte Berk Method, NYC. Обновила свою восьмерочку, очень понравились на руки упражнения, ощущения совсем другие, нежели от гантелей. На ноги хотелось побольше нагрузки, упражнения такие же как в Pure Barre Original, только с использованием эспандера "восьмерка". А вот пресс хорошо поработал. Теперь буду пробовать вторую часть

ну я имела ввиду темп, не в кардио режиме а так то tuck under всегда держу в напряге Вот во второй части уже нагрузка хорошая, чувствуется, что тело поработало, а не размялось. У меня восьмерка тяжелого сопротивления, так что и рукам и ногам досталось хорошо, но все таки больше попа работает и задняя часть бедра. Но мне очень понравилось. Советую всем, не пожалеете и за такую короткую продолжительность тренировки
