как актриса мне она нравится, хотя ее и нельзя назвать выдающейся, что-то в ней есть притягательное, надеюсь и тренировка "зацепит",а про отрицательные моменты, если можно, поподробнее, пожалуйста!

Если есть проблемы, лучше не играться...
на коллаже там тоже об этом говорят...

не знаю... мне, наоборот, - понравилось сочетание...
Тренировка для начинающих, для тех, кто в принципe строен, но хочет немногo sculpting & toning. В плане жиросжигания тренировка скромна, но отлично укрепляеt мускулатуру, и баланс тренирует. Нагрузка на пресс, бедра, ягодици и немного плечи. За 55 минут HR монитор показал - 280 калорий. Самый интересный фаил Core & Curves_3. Без резинки можно обойтись, но лучше с ней.
