Don't eat 90 minutes prior to your workout but do eat carbs (both complex and simple) along with protein after your workout to build muscle and boost metabolism. Try to complete your bootcamp workouts in under 45 minutes and do push past your comfort zone but be safe by working at your level. After your 4 weeks take 1 week off your bootcamp workouts (go hike, swim, take yoga, or play sports) then find another set of workouts that are tougher and repeat the same pattern. Оль, я думаю, что там можно кардио часть на беговой дорожке можно на что-то танцевальное типа Turbo Jam заменить. Не у всех же, в конце-концов, есть возможность после силовой треньки сразу на беговую дорожку прыгнуть.
Что-то я ВООБЩЕ не поняла план тренировок... И где там дорожка?... Напишите, пожалуйста, кто-нибудь весь план по-русски для несообразительных... Просто очень нравятся тренировки Барри
Любознательная, я думаю, что это пятидневный сплит. Вы выполняете все программы друг за другом в течение пяти дней. Если вы имеете ввиду беговую дорожку, то третий файл в каждом диске всегда связан именно с занятием на ней.

А, теперь понятно, спасибо большое! Т.е. Treadmill - это последняя часть. А если, например, я сегодня делаю Arms & Abs то сначала что делать - Weight или Cardio?
